Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Support construction cost services for a large-scale, multi-phase greenfield campus development in the St. Louis area. Advise on procurement and bid evaluation, lead estimating and value engineering inputs across the project lifecycle, and manage cost reporting, budgeting, and commercial risk registers. Drive cost control through change order and payment application reviews, help with dispute avoidance, and oversee invoicing, final accounts, and post-contract closeout activities.
