Technical Program Management Lead

Own end-to-end delivery for critical cross-functional EPD initiatives, partnering with engineering leads, product managers, and senior leadership to scope, plan, and launch programs. Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams by surfacing risks early, resolving dependencies, and improving how the organization plans and executes. Facilitate planning ceremonies and build clear transparency on program health, decisions, and tradeoffs.
