Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor while ensuring brand standards and clean, operational facilities.
  • •Engage with members with fitness and motivational support, assisting with exercise correction and instruction to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and session delivery/support to maximize members’ outcomes and gym experience.
  • •Educate and enforce Fitness First etiquette and regulations, including equipment cleanliness and member compliance with club rules.
  • •Complete required training and ongoing CPD, and perform PT/admin tasks such as updating schedules and session records in the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for My Zone, 6D, and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Deliver PT sessions and new member induction sessions to company standard while meeting Fitness KPI requirements.
