Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Quality Assurance Documentation Specialists and ensure training and onboarding of new employees.
  • •Prepare nuclear specialty valve documentation packages per the QA Program, customer purchase order, drawings/specifications, and procedure requirements.
  • •Prepare, edit, and control distribution of QA procedures/instructions, including welding and NDE procedures, inspection instructions, calibration procedures, and training programs.
  • •Communicate issues to Contracts and Engineering that prevent on-time shipping; communicate performance and resourcing concerns to the QA Manager.
  • •Administer Emerson products for ASME certification and National Board capacity certification, including preparing, submitting, and tracking valve certification renewals and verifying UV-stamped nameplates before shipment.
