Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Credit Research through portfolio and/or fundamental credit analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
  • •Assist Real Estate Investments with commercial mortgage underwriting, asset management, portfolio analysis, and CRE research.
  • •Contribute to Operations by gaining exposure to the end-to-end investment lifecycle and operational processes and controls.
  • •Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on investment projects and meaningful assignments.
  • •Collaborate with associates and fellow interns in a team-based environment while contributing to assigned initiatives and efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 50 hourly

  • •Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Econometrics.
  • •Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with an interest in research.
  • •Ability to communicate complex ideas and insights clearly and concisely.
  • •Interest in leveraging data, technology, and AI to solve business problems and draw “a-ha” patterns from data.
  • •Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and data analytic tools; comfortable working in a team environment.
