Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for hatchery, breeder, and pullet operations to meet production goals.
  • •Develop and lead teams, establish goals and budgets, and manage performance metrics while ensuring safety, quality, and cost control.
  • •Direct day-to-day operations to ensure quality hatch eggs are available for hatcheries.
