Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation and review of internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Support period-end close activities, including review of journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • •Coordinate and support SOX compliance activities (narratives, control documentation, testing support, and audit readiness) and assist with internal/external audits.
  • •Support annual budgets, forecasts, long-range planning models, and the Three-Year Plan process, including building templates, models, and reporting tools.
  • •Partner on accounting operations and internal controls, including approving designated transactions and supporting finance system changes, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or related); if not in accounting, a minimum accounting minor is required.
  • •CPA designation (or active pursuit required) with licensure completion within six months of starting.
  • •4+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience covering financial reporting, internal controls, audit support, and budgeting/operational finance.
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis, reporting) and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is an asset.
