•Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis, defining user stories and backlog workflows for development teams.

•Conduct extensive market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition of the product.
•Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment across teams.
•Ensure features are delivered on time with quality by organizing testing and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
•Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
•Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
•Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
