Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in digital strategy, management consulting, or technology transformation consulting (12+ for Sr. Director level).
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation strategy, including roadmap development and execution across people, process, data, and technology.
  • •Experience developing target operating models, role redesigns, and governance frameworks for AI/technology adoption.
  • •Strong financial acumen connecting transformation initiatives and adoption outcomes to business value.
  • •Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree such as an MBA preferred).
