Job Summary

Oversee and service a commercial real estate loan portfolio to ensure compliance with servicing agreements, loan documents, policies, and applicable regulations. Monitor performance, handle intensive servicing for underperforming and post-default loans, and provide recommendations to the Watchlist Committee. Manage payment posting, delinquencies, reserve disbursements, insurance and tax administration, yield maintenance calculations, and maintenance of loan/collateral data in loan servicing systems and RECWeb.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor an assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with contractual servicing agreements and administer changes to servicing standards.
•Perform intensive loan servicing for loans not meeting performance standards and for loans returning to performing status after default or workout.
•Generate income through transaction fees and timely collection of late charges to support servicing profitability.
•Monitor and administer posting of loan payments, and monitor/collect delinquencies.
•Review and process reserve disbursements; oversee taxes and insurance payments; calculate yield maintenance and process payoffs; maintain loan/collateral data in the loan servicing system and RECWeb.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 57,000 - 87,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year college degree or experience commensurate with the position grade.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Efficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing and/or underwriting (preferred).
