Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and improve assigned assembly manufacturing processes, materials, and/or equipment, including optimizing variables and performing containment of deviations.
  • •Monitor assembly process SPC and drive continuous improvement using defined working procedures, process specifications, FMEA, and OCAP.
  • •Evaluate future process/equipment/material technologies, conduct technical research, and build supplier relationships to support selection decisions.
  • •Coordinate equipment and/or material procurement by maintaining requirements, defining quality/performance needs, and using Micron procurement procedures and systems.
  • •Develop process of record documentation (POR), introduce new procedures for operation/maintenance/isolation, and coordinate training while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

  • •Develop and coordinate training materials, conduct technical training, and mentor others while following safety procedures and PPE/energy isolation/chemical safety rules.
