Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, prepare, and submit prequalification materials and internal documentation for supervision proposals in Mohandessin, Egypt.
  • •Support Senior Proposal Engineers with method statements, approach, scope, and man-hour rate and direct cost calculations.
  • •Coordinate local tender requirements for supervision proposals, including bid and performance bonds, and coordinate with the Contract Section to review contract terms.
  • •Collect, consolidate, and package project staff resumes, project references, and qualifications for supervision proposals.
  • •Review, package, submit, and hand over successful supervision proposal documents to project teams for project launch.
