Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively manage project controlling for a portfolio by monitoring actual costs, forecasts, analysis of deviations, and supporting project creation and closeout.
  • •Perform estimate-to-complete and margin forecasting, including risk monitoring, revenue recognition, and monthly invoicing.
  • •Lead the project controlling team to ensure accurate and on-time reporting for BEUMER Group Middle East projects and portfolio.
  • •Support monthly closing procedures and consolidation of forecasts per division, and maintain collaboration with PMs and business controllers.
  • •Support claims management and intercompany trading rules while communicating financial risks and working on cross-functional special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in comparable positions within complex integration projects.
  • •Experience with cash management, trade finance, Forex, BOQ, GRNI, commercial, invoicing, and accounts receivable at project and company level.
  • •Fluency in English (speak and write) and strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems and tools for financial reporting (RPA/Business Intelligence) is a plus.
