Own loan syndication lifecycle events for syndicated loans, including deal closings, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, and trade settlements. Perform cash and invoice reconciliations, ensure SLA adherence, and maintain compliance with internal policies and controls. Support audit and regulatory needs, resolve transaction exceptions, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the Loan Syndication team. Collaboration and accuracy are central to the role.
