Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional leadership and subject-matter guidance to testers, including prioritizing testing activities and resolving testing queries.
  • •Partner with Compliance, Remediation, and business teams to translate regulatory testing requirements into effective testing approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in regulatory testing, Business Self-Testing (BST/RBST), operational risk, control testing, compliance testing, internal audit, or a related risk and control discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory testing and control-management principles, including risk identification, testing methodology, evidence evaluation, and remediation gap identification.
  • •Ability to lead through influence by guiding testers/analysts and coordinating delivery without direct reporting-line authority.
  • •Experience interpreting testing results, identifying exceptions and risk themes, and developing clear, evidence-based conclusions.
  • •Experience in process governance aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
