Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment of client environments and challenges, working with clients to discover, design, and implement a fit-for-purpose solution.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • •Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring them to specific circumstances.
  • •Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate, and support business generation activities such as bids and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls and familiarity with PMO/controls & performance environments (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting).
  • •Experience across major capital projects/programmes, including one or more roles within PMO/controls & performance in the infrastructure sector (e.g., defence, nuclear, rail, airports, highways, utilities).
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Knowledge of controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions enabling a “one version of the truth” for leadership decision-making.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and controls & performance software including Oracle Primavera and Power BI (or similar).
