Job Summary

Join the global MDS team supporting identity, access, directory, collaboration, and email security for ~8,000 users across 12 markets. You’ll provide hands-on BAU operational support and deliver strategic improvements across Active Directory and Entra ID/hybrid identity, with input into Okta and Google Workspace. Strengthen UK/EU coverage, own AD operations and directory hygiene, handle incidents and changes, and contribute to authentication modernization, identity governance, and platform standardization.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and support Active Directory across multiple regional domains.
•Support Entra ID/hybrid identity integrations and related Microsoft platform dependencies.
•Create, review, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs), owning directory hygiene and security baseline alignment.
•Handle incidents, escalations, requests, and changes across MDS-owned platforms, coordinating with global teams.
•Contribute to identity and collaboration security projects, improving authentication, lifecycle management, automation, and platform governance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on Active Directory administration in an enterprise environment (preferably 10 years).
•Working knowledge of Entra ID and O365, including hybrid identity concepts.
•Working knowledge of Okta administration, SSO, MFA, and identity troubleshooting.
•Ability to support operational incidents, requests, changes, and stakeholder communication in a structured IT environment.
•Understanding of user lifecycle, directory hygiene, access controls, and privileged account management.
