•Own product knowledge and application across categories, providing expert solutions to customers and guiding staff on product usage and demonstrations.
•Deliver in-store training and coaching using real-time feedback to elevate team skills and store performance.
•Plan and execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays, including styling advice for customers.
•Oversee stock management including receiving, returns, stock takes, loss prevention, and cash handling including checkout operations and daily closing tasks.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of retail experience
•1+ year of supervisory/training experience
•strong customer service mindset with a customer-centric approach
•ability to lead a team and plan/execute training programs
•proficient in English, with good communication skills (Chinese a plus)
