Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the daily operations of the store and manage the on-shift team to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • •Own product knowledge and application across categories, providing expert solutions to customers and guiding staff on product usage and demonstrations.
  • •Deliver in-store training and coaching using real-time feedback to elevate team skills and store performance.
  • •Plan and execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays, including styling advice for customers.
  • •Oversee stock management including receiving, returns, stock takes, loss prevention, and cash handling including checkout operations and daily closing tasks.

  • •3+ years of retail experience
  • •1+ year of supervisory/training experience
