Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reporting initiatives, services, or workstreams from design through rollout, production validation, and ongoing improvement.
  • •Build and improve customer-facing reporting experiences focused on clarity, usability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Modernise parts of the reporting platform to improve developer experience and delivery speed.
  • •Write high-quality, maintainable code and provide strong design and code review feedback.
  • •Support other engineers through mentoring and knowledge-sharing, and raise the quality bar using testing, observability, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in backend, platform, or product engineering in a SaaS environment with meaningful scale or complexity.
  • •Track record of owning significant features, services, or initiatives end to end.
  • •Solid systems thinking and engineering judgement, with the ability to make good technical decisions autonomously.
  • •Experience building for data-heavy or analytics-oriented use cases with a focus on performance, correctness, and usability.
  • •Hands-on mindset focused on code quality, testing, and production outcomes, with clear communication and collaboration.
