Lead a global Solutions Engineering organization that drives technical wins for new business and provides post-sales technical escalation. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a global, multi-layered team by managing distributed managers and their Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant teams, hiring, coaching, and retaining technical talent.
•Drive technical win in pre-sales by leading demos, proofs of concept, technical discovery, and value engineering to earn the technical decision.
•Own post-sales technical escalation by leading Solutions Consultants as the escalation path for CSMs and the driver of technical cross-sell.
•Elevate RFPs and security assessments by building a scalable function for security questionnaires and technical/security assessments, improving accuracy and turnaround.
•Enable and scale channel/partners through training, certification, demo readiness, deal support, and working with Sales Enablement on technical training and playbooks.
