Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician - 2nd Shift

Support the Quality Assurance team by partnering with production and receiving/shipping to help ensure products are safe, wholesome, and meet customer quality standards. Collect and file QA paperwork, sample finished goods and inbound raw materials, perform metal detector verification checks, calibrate thermometers, and record temperatures. Prepare and submit samples for outside lab testing, support labeling/hold/lot/BOL standards, and perform self quality audits within the plant.
