Job Summary

Serve as a subject-matter expert for Red Hat Consulting, advising customers on cloud and infrastructure architecture best practices. Lead discovery, analysis, and design workshops, then guide pilot and production deployments, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management. Partner across product, engineering, consulting, support, and sales to deliver a world-class customer experience, while helping create repeatable methodologies and tools to scale delivery and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Win customer confidence by delivering discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape architecture decisions aligned to the Red Hat solution.
•Lead consulting teams through customer pilot and production deployments, including workload onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management.
•Collaborate with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat’s products.
•Contribute to developing repeatable methodologies and tools to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.
•Advise customers on best practices for automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, and high availability/failover setups.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Prior experience working in consulting and architecture roles.
•Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions.
•Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at both hands-on delivery and architecture levels.
•Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting with enterprise-wide deployments.
•Knowledge of Red Hat infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform and Red Hat OpenShift, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
