Own the performance and excellence of field teams by leading enablement strategy across training, quality assurance, and product feedback. Key Responsibilities

•Direct and mentor training, quality assurance, and product feedback leads to build a high-performing enablement sub-function.
•Establish, monitor, and scale field certification, CSAT, and SLA standards to maintain service quality.
•Architect and run a continuous “voice of the field” loop into the product team to inform the product roadmap.
•Define and execute enablement roadmap priorities across training, quality, and product feedback.
•Provide regular, transparent, data-driven reporting on field quality and capability trends to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Typically 8+ years of experience in enablement, operations, quality assurance, or field operations management.
•Proven track record building and scaling training or quality assurance functions in high-growth fintech or technology environments.
•Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and commercial teams.
•Experience implementing or managing digital learning platforms, customer experience tools, or CRM systems.
•Master’s degree or professional certification in business, human resources, or operational management is preferred.
