Build and grow consumer and business banking relationships by proactively identifying customers’ financial goals and needs, then recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products. Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking, maintain product and policy knowledge, and adhere to all operational, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referral sourcing.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
•Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
•Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year or more of customer service and sales experience in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales (preferred).
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
•Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, and business banking/lending; strong presentation skills (preferred).
