Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons aligned to the curriculum to inspire student success and achieve best outcomes.
  • •Plan, prepare, and present learning sessions across the full ability range, organizing classroom resources and learning displays.
  • •Monitor, assess, and record student development, using Target Tracker and assessment data to guide further planning and intervention.
  • •Manage classes effectively by following the school’s behaviour policy and maintaining positive relationships with pupils.
  • •Support wider professional responsibilities including curriculum action groups, school events/outings, communicating with parents via CPOMS, and running a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience.
