Own the full project lifecycle for complex GPU board-level graphics product programs, from kickoff through production release. Coordinate cross-functional engineering development activities, maintain comprehensive schedules aligned to BU goals for TTM launches, and lead execution meetings, reporting, and change management. Drive quality assurance coordination, assess project threats with mitigation strategies, and implement continuous improvements through after-action reviews and post-mortems.

•Provide the project lifecycle development process from kickoff to production release.
•Manage multiple complex programs supporting development of new board-level graphics card products.
•Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and provide mentorship to functions of the project.
•Lead project execution meetings and weekly communications; conduct project review and create detailed reports for execution teams.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, align deliverables to BU achievements for TTM launches, and coordinate QA activities across global resources.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•5 years of project management and related experience.
•Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
•Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
