Job Summary

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of contractor management practices across Rio Tinto’s Kennecott operation. Align contractor management processes with the Contractor Management Standard (E7), analyze contractor data to surface risks and compliance gaps, and provide subject matter guidance to operational, procurement, and business stakeholders. Partner to strengthen governance and accountability, resolve complex contractor issues, and monitor performance to maximize value and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead contractor management governance and continuous improvement across the Kennecott operation.
•Partner with operational, procurement, and business leaders to drive contractor performance, compliance, and value creation.
•Ensure contractor management processes align with Rio Tinto’s Contractor Management Standard (E7) and applicable governance requirements.
•Analyze contractor management data to identify trends, risks, compliance gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities.
•Provide guidance and support to resolve and escalate complex contractor-related issues and risks, and develop recommendations to mitigate risk and inform decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence outcomes across multiple business functions.
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability, including interpreting data to identify risks and opportunities.

Education:Bachelor's in Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline
