Key Responsibilities

  • •Define overarching technical strategy and govern architectural standards to ensure scalable, secure integration across the HCM suite.
  • •Manage complex SAP system development and deployment, including integrated solutions that leverage AI, application development, and integration.
  • •Re-engineer, transform, and maintain custom SAP SOH workloads onto SuccessFactors and SAP BTP, including migration to clean core.
  • •Architect and lead technical vision using best practices, evaluating business requirements and advising product/business teams.
  • •Mentor, coach, and train engineers and consultants while managing technical architecture analysis, design, development, and delivery deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Education focused on Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT major (or equivalent education/training).
  • •8+ years as an architect or senior consultant in SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations.
  • •10+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • •Deep technical experience designing and developing SAP solutions using the extensibility model (including RAP) and clean core principles.
  • •Experience with HR transformations (e.g., SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central) and integration/interface work with non-SAP applications.
