Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and organize the work of a 6-person consolidation team, including geographic allocation of subsidiary portfolios.
  • •Control all real and forecasted consolidation processes, including monthly reportings, forecasts, and annexes to consolidated accounts.
  • •Perform cross-functional analyses and closing activities across consolidations (consolidation, actuals, forecast).
  • •Ensure compliance with group deadlines and standards.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with external auditors and other finance departments (Treasury, Management Control, M&A, Legal, Tax, Standards) and international subsidiaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or accounting (Bac+5)
  • •Solid experience as a Consolidator in an international group or audit/consulting firm
  • •IFRS knowledge (IFRS, IFRIC 12 a plus) and consolidation process expertise
  • •Strong leadership and ability to animate a team; stress resistance and high reactivity
  • •Fluent in English (Anglais courant) and good interpersonal skills
