Job Summary

Support the Workday Talent department as part of the Talent Management Support team at Airbus GBS Portugal. Execute and coordinate HR campaigns (performance and goals, competence assessments, development talks, team reviews), including eligibility-rule updates, Workday launches, and notifications/reminders. Monitor solution performance and effectiveness, provide KPIs and ad hoc analysis, and contribute to return-of-experience sessions with improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare execution of HR campaigns including performance and goals, competence assessments, development talks, and team reviews.
•Update eligibility rules and review templates and other changes.
•Coordinate with HR departments (including Comms and Change) to ensure clear communications to employees, managers, and HR partners.
•Execute campaigns digitally in Workday, including launching steps, and sending notifications and reminders.
•Monitor HR solution performance, provide KPIs/ad hoc analysis, and contribute to return-of-experience improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Ability to be structured, self-organized, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
•Mindset of continuous improvement with lean methods.
•Rigorous, autonomous, responsive, and available to support campaigns and users.
•Previous experience in a similar position.
•Knowledge of Workday Talent (strong plus), plus Google Suite tools knowledge (plus), and fluent English.
