Program Manager Rail & Transit

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex rail and transit infrastructure programs. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and governance activities while coordinating technical interfaces across engineering disciplines, contractors, consultants, and client representatives. Facilitate meetings and stakeholder workshops, produce executive-ready reporting, and support integrated project delivery through close-out, assurance, and milestone tracking.
