•Oversee day-to-day operations of a 24x7 first-level support team for debit systems, networks, and platforms with proactive, automated workflows.
•Provide strategic leadership and people management, including staffing, goals, reviews, compensation planning, coaching, and administrative support.
•Collaborate with business leaders to plan for operational stability, resiliency, and modernization using AI, observability, and automation.
•Enhance processes and systems by identifying opportunities for intelligent automation and AI-assisted detection to reduce manual effort and minimize interruptions.
•Lead incident response and participate in major problem reviews, using automated diagnostics and AI-driven recommendations to accelerate root-cause identification and restoration.

•Experience managing large teams and running 24x7x365 support operations on shifts.
•Demonstrated leadership and ability to establish objectives and tactical plans from strategy through execution.
