Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales Executives on pre-sales calls and qualification to identify customer needs and fit for Mistral solutions.
  • •Design and scope AI implementation projects, including resourcing on both Mistral and customer sides.
  • •Guide customers in deploying and integrating models and APIs, including model fine-tuning and front-end integration.
  • •Provide post-deployment support through issue resolution, periodic customer reviews, and recommendations for optimizations or new features.
  • •Execute technical discovery, influence evaluation criteria/processes, and create a strategic vision aligned to customer outcomes and capabilities.
