Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver the HR service model, including resolving employee inquiries and issues.
  • •Manage daily HR operations by administering policies, procedures, and programs.
  • •Provide HRIS/payroll transactional support, process HR transactions, and deliver standard and ad-hoc HRIS reports and analytics.
  • •Support performance management, employee engagement activities (surveys, focus groups, and action planning), and health and wellness initiatives.
  • •Support talent acquisition and onboarding, including sourcing, recruitment/selection, new-hire orientation, and coordinate employee development programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field required.
