HR Generalist

Provide HR services to employees and business stakeholders by partnering with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to resolve inquiries, administer policies and programs, and support day-to-day HR operations. Handle HRIS/payroll transactions and generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and analytics using Workday and/or Kronos. Support performance management, engagement surveys, and talent acquisition/onboarding activities, and execute items on the HR roadmap and annual objectives.
