Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead program planning and execution for hardware development programs within Core Tech, from concept through production.
  • •Establish milestones and targets to define the product roadmap, ensuring teams are engaged at the right time and maturity stage.
  • •Evaluate and prioritize tasks to support program development using a data-driven approach with inputs from stakeholders.
  • •Drive actions to keep the program on track, de-risking the roadmap by filling gaps as needed.
  • •Communicate engineering strategy and vision to technical stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified and addressed with adequate time and resources.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
  • •Experience managing or contributing to the product development lifecycle of complex electromechanical systems (e.g., motors, actuators, drive systems).
  • •3+ years in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems, turbojet engines, or electromechanical assemblies within integrated product development.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work with data and complex analyses, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across technical areas.
