Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy construction equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes) efficiently and safely across job sites.
•Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
•Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation; perform minor maintenance and report major problems.
•Report issues or incidents promptly to supervisors or management and adhere to daily assignments from the Foreman.
•Help train less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair; maintain reliable attendance.

Key Requirements
