Serve as the configuration and data (C&D) lead for CMMS/Maximo processes, ensuring data governance, workflow discipline, and accurate preventive maintenance execution. Create and schedule preventive maintenance tasks in Maximo, validate data quality and job plans, ensure reporting compliance, and coordinate master weekly/monthly schedules with vendors and shop teams. Act as the liaison for Maximo upgrades, integrations, and mobile synchronization.

•Create, edit, generate, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks for technicians in Maximo.
•Validate data quality, configure job plans, and ensure reporting requirements compliance.
•Ensure required parts and tools are available for scheduled preventive maintenance work orders.
•Coordinate with planners, shop supervisors, and trade experts to define maintenance and repair requirements and develop weekly/monthly master schedules.
•Serve as liaison for Maximo upgrades, integrations, and mobile synchronization, balancing annual and quarterly workloads with the program manager and shop leads.

Salary: USD 60,319 - 102,389

Key Requirements

•Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance for consideration.
•High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred.
•Five years of experience in business analytics, scheduling, and project management.
•Minimum 5-year experience managing and utilizing Maximo 6.x and/or 7.x in an industrial environment, with ability to learn and migrate to Maximo 9.x.
•Experience managing the IBM Maximo Application suite, including implementation and configuration, and translating requirements into Maximo workflows, data models, and documentation.
