Job Summary

Lead the overall performance of an assigned branch by driving business development, coaching, and day-to-day leadership. Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent relationships through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting, while promoting Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, and manage human capital including hiring, scheduling, reviews, and performance counseling.

•Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
•Drive branch business development and revenue growth for Small Business and Mass Affluent through appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
•Promote a positive public image in the community and participate in civic, government, professional, business, and community affairs to develop new business.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completing required training for the team.
•Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, ratings, development planning, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.

•One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
•Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
•SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment (including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check).
