Key Responsibilities

  • •Own early-career recruiting strategy end-to-end, including how candidates are reached, evaluated, developed, and converted from internships and new grads.
  • •Design and run durable, scalable early-career recruiting programs (internships, new-grad pipelines, and 0–2 years from school).
  • •Develop new talent-discovery approaches beyond traditional campus funnels, including communities, hackathons, open-source, and creative outreach.
  • •Create inspired evaluation frameworks by challenging conventional interview loops and building assessments for how candidates think, learn, and create.
  • •Coach and equip hiring managers and interviewers to assess early-career talent with nuance, fairness, and high standards.
