Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the design review process for project deliverables, including stakeholder engagement, review comments, page-turn reviews, and reconciliation.
  • •Organize and participate in design review and project coordination meetings, preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.
  • •Route, track, and process tenant design deliverables and related items including design changes, submittals, RFIs, permit documentation, and closeout materials.
  • •Support project management activities such as budgets, cost estimates, schedules, progress reporting, and project tracking logs.
  • •Review design documents for alignment with applicable airport requirements and help identify operational, maintenance, utilities, or constructability considerations and coordinate resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Valid California Class C driver’s license and ability to meet applicable driver qualification requirements.
  • •US Citizenship is required.
  • •Support tenant improvement, architectural design coordination, construction management, or related projects (preferred: 5+ years).
  • •Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CADD/BIM (preferred).
