Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in overseeing construction crafts/trades within an assigned area, under continual supervision and direction.
  • •Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities, monitoring personnel to support quality control of installations.
  • •Review manpower, material, and equipment requirements, and enforce field policies, procedures, and related work rules.
  • •Support compliance with safety programs and OSHA requirements, ensuring safety standards are followed and tools/equipment are operated safely.
  • •Use the current construction management system to complete record-keeping tasks (daily diaries, project logs, RFIs, submittal logs) and monitor CPM schedules and pre-plan items.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Plumbing, Building Technology, or a similar major.
  • •Desire to work and learn in an MEP environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience in interiors construction, renovation, and retrofitting in commercial construction.
  • •Experience working on a live construction site and engaging with multiple trades on a construction project.
