Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Category and Commercial teams to define, maintain, and optimize SKU portfolios and product ranges.
  • •Manage SKU master data within product databases and systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance.
  • •Own SKU lifecycle management from product creation and range confirmation through obsolescence.
  • •Lead and coordinate product-related projects, including milestones, timelines, and structured risk/issue/opportunity governance (RIO).
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Engineers and Project Managers, including resource planning and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including product/BOM approval, SKU creation, and SKU lifecycle management.
  • •Minimum 2 years of product project management experience working closely with Heads of Product and Marketing stakeholders.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
  • •Demonstrated leadership capability, with at least 1 year of experience leading teams or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
