Job Summary

Own the SKU function by partnering with Category and Commercial teams to define and optimize SKU portfolios and product ranges. Manage SKU master data with strong governance and oversee SKU lifecycle activities from creation through obsolescence. Lead product-related projects, risk/issue management, and reporting to category and SKU leadership, while coaching and developing a team of Product Engineers and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Category and Commercial teams to define, maintain, and optimize SKU portfolios and product ranges.
•Manage SKU master data within product databases and systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance.
•Own SKU lifecycle management from product creation and range confirmation through obsolescence.
•Lead and coordinate product-related projects, including milestones, timelines, and structured risk/issue/opportunity governance (RIO).
•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Engineers and Project Managers, including resource planning and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including product/BOM approval, SKU creation, and SKU lifecycle management.
•Minimum 2 years of product project management experience working closely with Heads of Product and Marketing stakeholders.
•Proven ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
•Demonstrated leadership capability, with at least 1 year of experience leading teams or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
