Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow sales and marketing monthly source plans to create monthly production plans.
  • •Coordinate with PAD to manage slow-moving raw material and finished goods usage.
  • •Work with supply chain and logistics to ensure finished goods stock availability and monitor stock transfer.
  • •Verify and analyze sales forecasts against actual dispatches; monitor finished goods and raw material supply crises.
  • •Oversee production planning, raw material arrangement, finished goods lift up from toller site, complete PLM-related activities, and maintain ISO-TS 16949/ISO 9001:2015 records with management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in management or logistics related field.
  • •5+ years of planning experience from a multi-national chemical company.
  • •Good command of MS Office (Excel) and experience with SAP.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • •Knowledge of ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements for maintaining proper recording.
