Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize paid campaigns for select programs on Meta and Google Ads, inheriting existing campaigns.
  • •Support enrollment and application goals by coordinating with lifecycle and social teams and contributing to paid-funnel CVR goals.
  • •Own organic search strategy and execution, including keyword research, content planning, technical SEO priorities, and on-page optimization.
  • •Create and coordinate organic content (blog posts, organic landing pages, and program pages), including contributions from faculty, staff, and students.
  • •Build and manage SEO/AEO reporting in SEMrush (rank tracking, coverage monitoring, traffic analysis) and translate insights into business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of SEO experience in a fast-paced/startup environment, including at least one year in a strategic capacity.
  • •Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (not just reporting).
  • •Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console, including setting up tracking and building reports.
  • •Experience with SEMrush or a comparable SEO platform.
  • •Strong writing skills to produce clear, on-brand content yourself.
