Job Summary

Develop and implement process improvements within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence by analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver supply chain initiatives end-to-end. Stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and research emerging supply chain technologies to support best-in-class practices.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
•Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and mutual benefit.
•Participate in supply chain initiatives from conceptualization through implementation.
•Identify improvement opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
•Gather and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement, including research on emerging trends and technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Relevant experience in Customer Service, preferably in a supply chain or order-to-cash environment.

•Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, plus ERP systems and supply chain software proficiency.
•Certification in a relevant supply chain discipline (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
