Design and optimize warehouse processes and layouts for a multi-site logistics network as it replaces outsourced warehousing. Key Responsibilities

•Design pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows for each site’s warehouse layout, optimizing for travel distance, throughput, and dock-to-floor time.
•Run time and motion studies and use the data to define standard work for each site.
•Model rack, dock door, and staging layouts for new and existing sites to balance throughput against real estate cost.
•Create process documentation and standard work instructions to ramp new sites to full productivity in weeks.
•Partner with WMS and IMS system build teams to ensure new tooling matches the physical workflow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

•Run time and motion studies and translated findings into standard work instructions for new hires.

•Partnered with systems teams so software matched a real physical process.
•Experienced in on-site work observation to identify waste and improvement opportunities; bonus for Lean Six Sigma or industrial engineering background, and familiarity with warehouse simulation or layout modeling tools.
