Key Responsibilities

  • •Design pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows for each site’s warehouse layout, optimizing for travel distance, throughput, and dock-to-floor time.
  • •Run time and motion studies and use the data to define standard work for each site.
  • •Model rack, dock door, and staging layouts for new and existing sites to balance throughput against real estate cost.
  • •Create process documentation and standard work instructions to ramp new sites to full productivity in weeks.
  • •Partner with WMS and IMS system build teams to ensure new tooling matches the physical workflow.
