Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and run a repeatable system delivering multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar.
  • •Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by community and partner needs.
  • •Turn one-off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales, and own budgets, vendors, and logistics.
  • •Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, hold priorities and tradeoffs, and solve problems live on site.
  • •Define and track metrics proving events drive growth, including attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome.

Key Requirements

  • •A track record running events at scale, ideally recurring multi-market programs.
  • •Strong operational discipline with detailed planning, precision, and repeatable process design.
  • •Fast, calm problem solving under pressure and on the ground.
  • •Team leadership experience, including hiring and managing people distributed across markets.
  • •Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across Europe.
