Plant manager

Lead manufacturing operations for a plastics industry plant, owning production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Manage and develop teams of managers and employees, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards through training and enforcement. Coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and HR, manage budgets and costs to improve profitability, and lead innovation and automation projects.
