Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers in selecting adidas merchandise by providing product, materials, technology, and functionality information.
  • •Ensure adidas customer service standards by listening to customers’ needs and providing product information when required.
  • •Drive and close sales using adidas selling techniques and the in-store AOS system (where available).
  • •Complete customer sales transactions accurately using cash, credit, debit, etc., and maintain awareness of promotions and advertising.
  • •Maintain store appearance, support processing and replenishing merchandise, assist with customer service inquiries, and perform telephone and inventory-control related duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • •Three to six months of retail experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to use a point of sale system with a basic understanding of cash register functions and cash procedures.
  • •Must be proficient in English and French (verbal and written).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service, and ability to work a varied schedule including weekends/evenings and statutory holidays.
