Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project setup with the Project Manager and create and maintain project logs, schedules, financial reports, and status reports.
  • •Coordinate creation, formatting, and finalization of client deliverables and manage critical documentation (contracts, financial reports, submittals, RFIs, and change orders).
  • •Track project milestones, follow up with team members, and support documentation audits and compliance reviews by compiling and maintaining required records.
  • •Manage internal documentation systems and repositories, including version control and audit protocols, and update project dashboards and reporting tools.
  • •Facilitate project meetings (agendas, notes, action items) and support onboarding of project staff by coordinating required access, credentials, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in a related role.
